Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Ingrid was president of Acton Mobile, which was the third-largest modular office rental company in the United States. Ingrid initially joined Acton Mobile as CFO and was ultimately promoted to president. As president Ingrid initiated the turnaround of the business while concurrently selling the company to Prophet Equity. During her tenure Acton Mobile tripled EBITDA in three years and was ultimately sold to Williams Scotsman.
Ingrid started her career in accounting where she progressively increased responsibilities. She has worked in a broad array of industries, including industrial business services, manufacturing, heavy highway construction, mining, and professional services. She spent five years as CFO at Davis Calibration where she was instrumental in the sale of the company to Danaher Corporation. While at Danaher, Ingrid was part of the global talent pool where she received Danaher Business Systems training, which she integrated into her own value creation methodologies. Ingrid is an expert in the planning and execution of acquisitions, having successfully been involved in numerous complicated acquisitions and divestitures throughout her career.
