As an associate at Crossplane Capital, Will is responsible for supporting the team across multiple areas, including opportunity screening and evaluation, financial modeling, company and industry due diligence, value creation planning, and portfolio company support.
Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Will was an analyst at Peterson Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm. His responsibilities included identifying and partnering with entrepreneurs looking to become operators through search fund acquisitions. Prior to working at Peterson Partners, Will was an outside sales manager at Clear Home.
Born and raised on a small farm in Idaho, Will spent much of his time in the mountains backpacking and hunting or on the lakes waterskiing and fishing. Besides outdoor activities, he also enjoys spending time with his family and following sports, including his belief that the Utah Jazz will win a title one day. Will’s high school mascot was a potato.
