As a vice president at Crossplane Capital, Patrick is responsible for supporting the team across multiple areas, including opportunity screening and evaluation, financial modeling, company and industry due diligence, value creation planning, and ongoing portfolio company support.

Experience

Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Patrick worked in Atlanta as an investment banking analyst with Citizens M&A Advisory, where he focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions for middle market clients in commercial and industrial services sectors. Prior to working at Citizens, Patrick served as a summer analyst for Arlington Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Raised in the Southeast, Patrick values the importance of family, community, and college football. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing squash, and rooting for his beloved Georgia Bulldogs on Saturdays. Coming from a family with roots in New York, he is an unwavering supporter of the New York Giants. Despite his recent move to Dallas, he still maintains a deep hatred for the Dallas Cowboys.
